Technical Writer Free-Lance Writing and Editing

I am an experienced technical and marketing writer in the software development, fiber optics networking, hardware development and banking/credit card industries, including start-up experience. I authored and designed a personal Web page (www.kitbunnell.com). I have edited and formatted newsletters and marketing pieces for a software development company and a fiber optics networking start-up.

My expertise in computer software includes FrameMaker, PDF, HTML, RoboHelp, Windows XP, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project, Quark Express, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

I can produce original writing or rewrite and clarify existing documents quickly and accurately. I'm proficient at editing, including correcting spelling, grammar and syntax and am an excellent proofreader.

I have a BA degree with a major in English literature from the University of California, Berkeley.

I am available for a full-time or contract employment as a technical writer. I am also interested in free-lance work in technical writing, marketing writing and editing.
